1st net worth update
Yeah, I know it’s getting pretty far into November already, but here is my October net worth update anyway. I’m happy because the last two months (meaning October & September) have shown improvements after dropping in July & August. So, overall, I’m up from when I initially started tracking in June. Here are the changes since September:
Assets: Up $2176.81
Liabilities: Down $1099.66
Change in net worth over previous month: Up $3276.47
I have real estate included in both assets and liabilities. The liabilities are almost entirely real estate. (Except for what’s on my American Express card, which I pay off in the middle of each month.)
Most of the increase is attributed to an improvement in the value of an IRA.
