I’ve mentioned that I’ll be making a few changes here in the near future. The biggest change is that I’m going to rename the blog. But! I could really use your help with that.

I’ve been wracking my brain for about a month now, and just haven’t come up with a suitable name. Well, I take that back. I’ve come up with several suitable names, but other people are already using them.

So I’ve decided to run a little contest. Email your suggestions for a new domain name to comments@bluntmoney.com. The more suggestions, the better, so multiple suggestions are fine. Ideally I’d like something that captures the spirit and focus of this blog as you see it.

If a suggestion from you makes it to the next stage (meaning that I buy the domain), you’ll win the $20 Amazon gift certificate. There could be multiple winners if I decide to buy several names and put them to a vote. If I don’t receive a suggestion I can use, but I still receive suggestions from at least 10 different people, I’ll award one $20 gift certificate randomly (using random.org) to one of the suggesters instead. You can send multiple emails, but you’ll only receive one entry in the event that I need to do the random drawing.

Suggestions must be received by midnight Pacific time on September 25th, 2009, and the winner or winners, if any, will be notified via email on or before September 30th, 2009. Void where prohibited.
