A milestone
I went online the other day to check our mortgage balance, and saw that the total owed was now under $100,000. Somehow I’d forgotten that we’d be hitting that milestone soon, but I sure was happy to see it! I jumped up and ran into the kitchen to tell my husband about it. That puts my individual goal at under $50K, and means that we’ve paid off a total of $20,000 together already :)
