Checked the mail and got a random check
I like it when I check the mail and an unexpected check has arrived (well, I like getting checks that I’m expecting as well, but you get the idea). I was pleasantly surprised to get a $128.28 credit on one of my insurance policies today. I had no idea that letting them know that yes, I had smoke detectors installed in the duplex would result in a discount. Apparently smoke detectors not only save lives, they save money as well :)
