Cute & inexpensive Halloween decorations
It’s October already, which means the stores all have the latest in Halloween decorations for sale. But you don’t have to spend a fortune on battery powered mummies and electronic skeletons to decorate. Instead, you can use some crumpled up newspapers or shredded paper to make spiders and ghosts. When Halloween’s over, you can put the whole thing in the recycling.
