		<description>I always double the tax and round up.  Coming from NY where the tax is extremely high at 8.65 percent, it makes sense to do it and just round up.  Very easy and get out of the restaurant in no time.</description>

But if the waiter/waitress is being to chummy or too &quot;hey look at how friendly I&#039;m being!&quot; instead of focusing on the service, then I&#039;ll bring it down a notch.</description>
