More remodeling

We finished up our surprise bathroom re-do just in the nick of time for the second bathroom remodel to begin. I still wince at the price tag for the second bathroom remodel, but I’ve got to say after spending what seemed like FOREVER working on the first bathroom ourselves, that it’s probably going to be worth the money. (I usually enjoy doing remodeling projects myself, but for some reason I just wasn’t feeling it this time.)

I hope that this will add value to our house, but I know it will add value to our lives, so that’s a good thing. I will be very happy when it’s all done! I plan to take a bath in the new soaker tub and revel in the thought that I didn’t do any of the work. Maybe I’ll read a book in the tub while I’m at it.
