For some reason my office phone won't go down any lower so I'm forced to hold the phone slightly away from my ear for 10-15 minutes while on hold. I don't have speakerphone (they give the contractors the old phones) and I share an office so I couldn't use it anyway. It makes it difficult to do work when I can only use one hand.
