Ooo, new ING referrals

I logged into my son’s ING account yesterday to create a referral, and thought it was strange that he had no previous ING referrals displaying. (Even though I knew he’d received some.) So then I checked my own account and was greeted with this message:
ING DIRECT is giving you the opportunity to earn even more by referring up to 50 new friends and family! We’ve cleared all previously completed referrals, so everyone has the opportunity to earn up to $500.
So apparently we’re all starting with a clean slate on referrals.
