		<description>One of the biggest hurdles most people face is the comfort zone, where they&#039;re ok with the situation or worse still not dissatisfied enough to do anything about it. A good kick in the pants usually gets people to move but until they have to cope or deal with reality they fall back to that comfort level and sadly they just stay there oblivious. 

Making any change well in advance of a need would be stressful enough to most people that they wouldn&#039;t even think about it. Just look at retirement investment, most people have no clue where their retirement money is going to come from.</description>
