		<description>You&#039;re absolutely right.  Human nature is to take the path of least resistance.  We seek pleasure and avoid pain but it often leads us down a road that&#039;s not always beneficial.  Your gym example reminded me of my own motivations.  Sure I wanted to be &quot;healthy&quot; and all but also my insurance gave me a break for going.  Duh!?  Who wouldn&#039;t go then?
