I&#039;ve been reading so many blogs that talk about budgeting and how you need to always have an emergency fund, but then never discuss what exactly constitutes an &quot;emergency&quot;. 
There are obvious things, losing your job, natural disasters, etc. 
Then people say, well I NEED my car for work, if it breaks this is an emergency! 
The old adage, failure to plan is a plan for failure.</description>
