Whee!

My post called Shopping at Costco the Frugal Way made it to the Sweet 16 in Free Money Finance’s March Madness contest.

I’m super excited about it, because if it makes it to at least the Final Four, the charity that I’m playing for (Hospice of the Valley) will get at least $100. Hospices in general do really meaningful work, and that particular hospice was wonderful when my family needed them. Thanks to FMF for running this contest and providing the donations — no matter who wins, I’m sure the charities will be grateful.

If you’d like to vote for my Costco post (or any of the others), the Sweet 16 round starts today and there will be a playoff post every day, once per day, through Tuesday. Voting will run for about 48 hours from the time the contest begins.

Oh I love Hospice of the Valley. They were wonderful to my mother in law when my father in law was ill and passed away. They do great work. Good Luck!!
