Not having control over that never bothered me much until about 1 1/2 yrs ago when I was told of some changes I did not agree on. Also, I took issue to the way the staff were being treated. It took a while to iron out our differences. I outsource everything that has to do with running my business in that I pay for someone to hire, fire, train staff, advertise, cleaning, billing etc.
