I Want Mail Like This

I was over talking to my grandpa recently, and Grandma came home with the mail. I’ve decided that I want the kind of mail they get. Bank statement, bank statement, investment confirmation, investment statement, proxy voting materials for a partnership, and an ad for Forbes magazine. Compare that with most people’s mail. Bill, bill, bill, the latest catalogs, and a stack of advertisements.

I’ve long since canceled most catalogs. And the advertisements go straight into the recycling bin unless I’m specifically looking for something. I’m looking forward to the day when I get the mail and am greeted with a stack of investment-related materials.
